Te`ya Miles, "Thee NEMT Girl," is the owner of Lelia's Enterprise LLC. She began the company in 2019 in honor of her late great-grandmother who passed in 2010.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science from Morgan State University, and a Masters of Arts in Leadership and Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Her background has equipped her with the knowledge, skills, and experience it takes to navigate through the NEMT industry.

Te`ya is based in Atlanta, GA. She believes that every household should take ownership of their future, and that is the catalyst of "Thee NEMT Girl."
